Internal Reporting System
A confidential channel to report conduct that may constitute a breach.
We hereby inform you that we have implemented an Internal Reporting System in our company, with the aim of promoting transparency, ethics and combating corruption. Below we detail the protocol that governs this system and the steps to follow to make any related report.
Channels for submitting reports

Information on the Internal Reporting System Protocol
- Applicable legal framework: the system is governed by Spanish Act 2/2023 of 20 February, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory breaches and the fight against corruption.
- Persons who can use the internal reporting system: employees and suppliers.
- Reporting channels: reports can be submitted in writing (anonymously and confidentially) or through an in-person meeting.
- How to submit reports: the minimum data necessary for the request to proceed must be provided, including the person affected by the event, the person reported, the reporter (if not choosing anonymity), a detailed description of the facts and any other relevant information, as well as witnesses and evidence.
- Internal Reporting Officer: the system's manager, who will meet the requirements set out in Act 2/2023 of 20 February, is the Human Resources Department.
- Deadlines to respond and resolve the matter: we undertake to respond to and resolve reports within a maximum of 3 months from acknowledgement of receipt.
- Rights of reporting persons and persons subject to a report: an acknowledgement of receipt will be provided (where the report is not anonymous) and information will be given on the resolution of the matter.
Description of the reporting, investigation and resolution procedure. The process consists of four phases:
- Submission of the complaint/report (with acknowledgement of receipt within less than 7 days if not anonymous).
- Investigation.
- Resolution.
- Where reactive and restitution measures will be taken for the victim.
Basic principles and guarantees of the system: our system is based on the principles of independence, confidentiality, data protection and the secrecy of communications. We also respect the presumption of innocence and the right to honour.
Report Register System
We have a Case Register in which all reports received and processed are recorded. This record includes the management, processing and resolution deadlines, as well as the decisions taken.
