At Grupo JUINSA, we are convinced of the importance of training and professional development. We are therefore pleased to share that on 5 and 6 June we opened the doors of our IXIA Regal and LOLAhome logistics centres to the students of the Higher Vocational Programme in Transport and Logistics and the Intermediate Vocational Programme in Commerce at IES Fray Ignacio Barrachina.
The visit began with our senior Purchasing Officer, José Antonio Agulló, who gave the students a talk on all the steps and processes involved in importing our products until they reach our warehouses. He explained the different steps followed, from dealing with suppliers to receiving the goods in the warehouse, highlighting the importance of negotiation, international logistics and compliance with customs regulations.
Next, accompanied by our Operations Manager, Aarón Perona, the students were able to see the facilities first-hand, getting a close look at how the different areas work — from receiving goods to order picking and dispatch, including the types of shelving and vehicles we use every day. During the visits, special emphasis was placed on the efficiency, organisation and safety with which we operate at Grupo JUINSA.

At Grupo JUINSA we believe in our region
This kind of activity is a very positive experience for the students, who have been able to get to know us up close and have surely gained practical knowledge about the operations carried out in this field. At the end of the visit, both groups received a gift from us as a thank-you for their visit.
