JUINSA and IXIA REGAL advance their effective-equality strategy with plans in force until 2030.

Grupo Juinsa has taken a new step in its commitment to equal opportunities between women and men with the approval and negotiation of its 2nd Equality Plans at two of its main companies: Juguetes Industriales S.A.U. (JUINSA) and IXIA REGAL, S.A.

Both plans have been developed in accordance with the provisions of Royal Decree 901/2020 and Royal Decree 902/2020, and are the result of a collective bargaining process with the legal representatives of the workforce, thereby guaranteeing active participation and consensus.

A commitment aligned with continuous improvement

The new plans, in force until 2030, include an annual monitoring system through joint committees, which makes it possible to assess their progress and ensure the effective implementation of the agreed measures.

Their development is based on a rigorous analysis of each company's situation, which has made it possible to design specific actions tailored to its organisational reality.

Measures structured around 12 key areas

Both JUINSA and IXIA REGAL have defined their plans around 12 areas of action, among which the following stand out:

  • Access to employment and recruitment
  • Professional promotion
  • Training
  • Pay audit
  • Work-life balance and shared responsibility
  • Prevention of sexual harassment and harassment on the grounds of sex
  • Communication and awareness

Equality as a strategic pillar

The approval of these 2nd Equality Plans reinforces Grupo Juinsa's commitment to responsible business management, integrating equality as a strategic pillar within its corporate culture.

With this initiative, the group not only complies with the regulatory framework but also moves forward in building fairer, more inclusive and more sustainable working environments.
